Kulaniapia is a large parcel, 22 acres and features our 120 ft. Waterfall which is viewable from almost every corner of our inn. We are perched at a cool 850 feet above hilo with panoramic ocean and waterfall views. We have over 2 miles of walking trails that wind along the powerful waiau river, a 2 acre botanical garden with a 3 tiered waterfall. All baths are private and entirely finished in italian marble.
